Teacher of geography and EPQ
Ms Tunstall has vast experience outside as well as within the world of education. She has taught in secondary schools and colleges, from Year 6 to adults. She has also travelled to six continents, spent 8 years living and working abroad, and worked as a travel writer and photographer, snorkel tour company manager, and environmental geologist. Whilst living in the Tropics, she survived hurricanes and an earthquake, and has seen poverty and development in action. With a first degree in Earth Sciences, a Masters’ in Environmental Science, and PGCE in Geography, her first love was Physical Geography and Geology, but she is equally passionate about teaching modern Human Geography issues.
