Once you have your GCSE results you will need to confirm your place for September. Here are a list of dates and key information to support the process for all students.
Thursday 24th August
GCSE Results Day
If you have achieved all your expected grades, congratulations! You can proceed to the enrolment form to confirm your place at S6C (pending checking of results).
Students with queries about unexpected grades or any other concerns can either speak to Mrs Henderson, who will be at St Edmund’s Girls School during the morning, or drop in to S6C between 10am and 3pm, where members of the Senior Leadership Team will be available to discuss grades and course options.
Friday 25th August 10am – 3pm
The Senior Leadership Team will be in college to support queries.
Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th August 9am – 4pm
Enrolment is open all day. If you have completed the online enrolment form this should be a quick process to check results and collect your documentation.
You will be seen in order of arrival and parents are welcome to attend with you.
This process can take up to 30 minutes, depending on any discussions we may need to have. Please be prepared for a short wait if there are large numbers of students completing this process at the same time.
When you come into college you need to bring:
- Confidential Record Form – if not already submitted
Examination results slip/s including from year 10 exams
ID – Preferably photo ID such as a Passport or alternatively a Birth Certificate.
If you have any further queries about your courses then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Details about the start of term from Wednesday 6th September will be shared with you when you come into college with your paperwork.
