COLLEGE TOURS
We offer tours for anybody considering their post 16 options so they can see our facilities and experience college life here at S6C. If you are interested in coming for a tour, please email our Admissions Officer Teresa Salmon at admissions@s6c.mlp.college
OPEN EVENINGS
We do not have any more open evenings planned therefore if you missed the opportunity to visit us, please do consider coming in for a tour. We can tailor your visit to your interests and our Admissions Officer will be able to discuss any further queries you may have. Dates for 2025 Open Evenings will be published shortly.
Do I need to book to attend an Open Evening?
No booking is necessary, but we do ask that you reserve your place via the published link to help us manage the number of attendees on the day (a link will be published when the dates for our 2025 Open Evenings are finalised).
What is the format of Open Evenings?
Our teaching staff and students are available to talk about the courses and opportunities available in their subjects. They are located in the classrooms on a drop in basis. Should you have any more general questions please do not hesitate to ask at the information desks.
Welcome presentations are held in the Theatre by Ben Hillier, Head of College.

Is parking available?
Parking is available on the street outside the college or in the public car park by Churchill Gardens on Southampton Road which is just a short walk away. If you have mobility issues and require parking close to the building please email admissions@s6c.mlp.college to discuss options.
Who will I meet at the Open Evening?
All S6C staff will be present at the Open Evening so you can speak to teachers about the subjects that you’re interested in studying. Current students will also be available to speak to you and tell you why they chose to study at S6C and why they love it here!
What if I can’t make that date?
If you can’t make the Open Evening dates then please contact us to arrange another time to come and visit us and speak to the teachers of the subjects you’re interested in.
