Open Events 2019-20
Our Open Evenings are on Tuesday 15th October 2019 and Wednesday 20th November 2019. We also have a Taster Day on Friday 25th October, more information will be uploaded to our home page about the Taster Day nearer the time. We also have two Open Mornings on Tuesday 26th November 2019 and Thursday 28th November 2019
What time will the Open Events be?
The Open Evenings will be held from 6:00-8:00pm and Open Mornings will be held from 8:30-10:00am.
What is the format of the Open Evening
There will be a Welcome Talk from our Principal at 6:15pm which will be repeated at 7pm. We recommend you start your visit by attending this talk. Our teaching staff and current students are available to talk about the courses and opportunities available in their subjects on a drop-in basis throughout the evening. They are located in classrooms within S6C which will be signposted and detailed in a programme which you will be given upon arrival.

The Open Events will be held at S6C, 66-78 Tollgate Road, Salisbury, SP1 2JJ.

Is parking available?
Parking is available on the street outside of the college (no permit is needed at the time of the Open Evening) or in the public car park by Churchill Gardens on Southampton Road which is just a short walk away. There is limited parking on site which on Open Evenings is reserved for those with mobility issues and those who require parking close to the building – if this applies to you, please email admissions@salisbury6c.ac.uk to reserve a parking space.
Who will I meet at the Open Evening?
All S6C staff will be present at the Open Evening so you can speak to teachers about the subjects that you’re interested in studying. Current students will also be available to speak to you and tell you why they chose to study at S6C.
Do I need to book onto the Open Evening in order to attend?
There’s no need to book prior to the Open Evening, everyone is welcome to attend.
What if I can’t make that date?
If you can’t make the Open Evening dates then please contact us to arrange another time to come and visit us and speak to the teachers of the subjects you’re interested in.
