Come along to our charity fashion show, brilliantly organised by the BTEC Business students in year 13. As part of a unit of study, students were set an assignment to manage, stage and evaluate an event and as a collective the class decided to organise a fashion show to raise money for Salisbury charity Alabare. Staff and students have been encouraged to model their own outfits to showcase their individuality and take off one item of clothing to donate to Alabare. This hands-on project has allowed the students to immerse themselves in every aspect of event planning, work experience, teamwork and academic achievement. The event promises to be great fun, involve our whole community, raise money for a good cause and celebrate the act of giving and being kind.
